Plugging our work!

February 13th, 2011 by simon

We have helped our good friend Sophie to create a website for her catering business in Morzine where we currently reside.

Just thought I would post it here on our blog to give her site a bit of a push.

Anyone on the lookout for someone to cater in their morzine chalet should check out her site: Morzine chalet catering  (or anyone that’s interested in our work - WPsites)

Ten Months in Three Paragraphs!

January 17th, 2011 by lucy

There’s a lot to catch up on, but I’m going to be brief!  (This doesn’t count as a paragraph).

Well my Mum arrived as planned in March and had a fantastic holiday with - sunshine, snow, wine, cheese, bread, saucisson, shopping, picnic by the lake, market, kir royal, trips in two gondolas, three course dinner, pizza, bbq (yes, really!) and she even kind of did a run with us on our snowboards - taking the Ardent bubble lift down as we boarded down the piste.  The time flew by and it was a holiday that will be remembered for years to come!

Living Like Poddington Peas

November 13th, 2009 by lucy

Overdue for an update so I’ll try to briefly catch up 6 months in a few paragraphs…

When I asked my sister very nicely if she and her family would mind us occupying a space in their back garden when we returned from the Alps I did NOT expect to be here for 6 months.  Living here has been great - the van is hooked up and we can get wifi in the garden - and I don’t think having live-in babysitters has gone amiss for my sister and brother-in-law either!  Although the summer seems like a long time ago now it was lovely to have a big cottage garden at our disposal in the warm weather and we managed some sunbathing and a bit of swingball too!

Just a regular Kimmeridge sunset - no effects used! Our parking spot Moroccan restaurant for Sarah's hen night. Don't say it - that IS my smile
